How do I book a shoot?

Book online in about two minutes: pick a package, choose add-ons, and select your preferred date and start time. We'll confirm your shoot time with a 90-minute buffer before and after it by email, usually within a few business hours.

How fast will I get my media?

Accepted Answer

Next-day delivery is standard on every package. Need it sooner? Add Same-Day Rush Delivery ($100) and your media arrives the same evening as the shoot.

What happens if the weather is bad for a twilight shoot?

Accepted Answer

If weather won't cooperate for a real twilight session, we'll reschedule the twilight portion at no charge — or swap it for a Virtual Twilight edit of your best exteriors so your listing isn't delayed.

Question 4

What's your cancellation / rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your shoot. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $75 fee. No charge if we have to cancel for weather.

How is the media delivered?

Accepted Answer

Via a private online gallery link with high-resolution downloads, MLS-sized versions, and print-ready files. Media is delivered in both horizontal (MLS / YouTube) and vertical (social) formats where applicable.

Question 6

Does the property need to be ready before you arrive?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we shoot the home as it's presented. We'll send a prep checklist when you book (lights on, blinds open, counters cleared, cars out of the driveway).

Question 7

Who owns the media, and can I reuse it?

Accepted Answer

You receive a full marketing license for the listing and your personal promotion. Per MLS rules, the license doesn't transfer to other agents if the listing changes hands.
