JC Media's real estate media packages are $250 for Essentials, $595 for Signature, $995 for Flagship. Each package includes photography and next-day delivery. Optional add-ons cost extra, and travel fees may apply for locations farther out.

JC Media's Essentials package costs $250. It includes: Up to 35 flash photos, interior and exterior; 1 signature virtual twilight image; 1 aerial drone photo; Next-day delivery. Optional add-ons are priced separately.

JC Media's Signature package costs $595. It includes: Up to 50 flash photos; Full virtual twilight suite; Aerial drone photography; CubiCasa 2D floor plan; 360 virtual walkthrough; Next-day delivery. Optional add-ons are priced separately.

JC Media's Flagship package costs $995. It includes: Full flash photo gallery; Full virtual twilight suite; Aerial drone photography and drone video; Cinematic property film; 360 virtual walkthrough; CubiCasa 2D and 3D floor plans; Priority next-day delivery. Optional add-ons are priced separately.

Book online in about two minutes: pick a package, choose add-ons, and select your preferred date and start time. We'll confirm your shoot time with a 90-minute buffer before and after it by email, usually within a few business hours.

Next-day delivery is standard on every package. Need it sooner? Add Same-Day Rush Delivery ($100) and your media arrives the same evening as the shoot.

If weather won't cooperate for a real twilight session, we'll reschedule the twilight portion at no charge — or swap it for a Virtual Twilight edit of your best exteriors so your listing isn't delayed.

Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your shoot. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $75 fee. No charge if we have to cancel for weather.

Via a private online gallery link with high-resolution downloads, MLS-sized versions, and print-ready files. Media is delivered in both horizontal (MLS / YouTube) and vertical (social) formats where applicable.

Yes — we shoot the home as it's presented. We'll send a prep checklist when you book (lights on, blinds open, counters cleared, cars out of the driveway).

You receive a full marketing license for the listing and your personal promotion. Per MLS rules, the license doesn't transfer to other agents if the listing changes hands.
