By using johnclarkmedia.com, you agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, copy its content without permission, or submit information that is misleading or unauthorized.
Bookings and payment
A booking request is not confirmed until JC Media confirms the date and services with you. Prices, package details, travel charges, and available add-ons are shown during the booking process or confirmed before work begins. Payment details are handled by our payment provider; JC Media does not receive your full card number.
Property access and shoot conditions
The person booking a shoot is responsible for providing accurate property information, securing permission to access the property, and ensuring the home is ready at the agreed time. Weather, safety conditions, access issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may require a shoot to be delayed, changed, or rescheduled.
Delivery and licensing
Completed media is delivered using the gallery or download method communicated for the booking. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the client receives a marketing license for the listed property and the client’s own promotion. Media may not be resold, relicensed, or used to market a different property without written permission.
Cancellations and changes
Please contact JC Media as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling charge will be communicated with the booking details. Weather-related changes are handled in good faith with the goal of protecting people, property, and the quality of the final media.
